The Success Ambassadors Foundation, Africa (TSAF-Africa) is a registered not-for-profit making organisation, formerly known as Future Matters Concept, is repute for hosting annual the annual life-transforming Program for young people, tagged, The Beyond Secondary Education, What's Next? (BSEWN) for over a decade.
TSAF - Africa aim at mentoring, skill-building, and community outreach programs to empower individuals (especially the young people) in achieving their goals.
We focus on workshops, mentorship sessions, and collaborative projects that will create a supportive network for personal and professional development
Additionally, promoting success stories and creating a platform for sharing experiences that will inspire others to overcome challenges and strive for success.
In a bid to continue creating platforms of Engagement, Encouragement and Education on how to achieve excellence in life on a larger scope - The Success Ambassadors Foundation was birthed.
Adewale Adeleye is the founder THE SUCCESS AMBASSADORS FOUNDATION/ formerly Head Strategist of Future Matters Concept – the platform known for the hosting of Annual life-transforming Conference tagged “Beyond Secondary Education; What’s Next?” (B.S.E.W.N) for over 11 years.
Adewale is a youth of many paths, who is passionate about the capacity development of Young people.
A graduate of Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the Foremost Open University in Africa, National Open University of Nigeria.
Holds a Diploma in Public Relation from Business Education Examinational Council and about to be a registered Member, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
Member of the Digital Public Relations Ambassadorship – An initiative of Nigerian Institutes of Public Relations and Upticomm.
Trained peer educator whom had worked as Youth Volunteer, Adolescent/ Youths sexual reproductive health unit, “Hello Lagos” (Ministry of Health, Lagos), as well as United Nations Population Funds (UNFPA) Peer educators.

Adewale is keen about community engagements for the growth and development of all and sundry.
A Team lead during 2019 Nigeria's Independent clean up exercise, organized by African clean up Initiatives held in Agege, Lagos.

Adewale has acquired skills in various ways endeavors such as photography (where he emerged Best Student in Photography organized by Young Professional Forum, Skills Acquisition Program) ; Capacity development with Agege Local Government Education Authority; Creative scriptwriting by Daystar Skill Acquisition program and Digital Public Relation summit Organized by Nigeria Institutes Of public Relations, Lagos.
Former Senior Special Adviser on Media to Federal House of Representatives Member, Representing Agege Federal Constituency 2015-2019.
He is currently a directorate, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Orile Agege LCDA.
Adewale has been awarded for his dexterity in his endeavor; Awarded for Outstanding Media Contribution for Lagos State Education District III, 2021.; Awarded for Contributions towards Yoruba Language promotion by Association of Yoruba Language Teacher, Lagos State chapter; Awarded Honour for living for others, especially, the young people By INLETACO School Leadership Summits. 2022
